Questions we get
What kind of drivers do you recruit?
Class A and Class B CDL holders — OTR, regional and local. Dry van, reefer, flatbed, tanker and specialised equipment. If the seat has specific endorsement or experience requirements, tell us and we screen to them.
What do you check before sending a driver over?
CDL class, endorsements and licence status, MVR, PSP, accident and violation history, and verifiable employment. We also screen against whatever additional criteria you hire on.
Do drivers pay anything?
No. Drivers are never charged. Carriers pay for recruiting.
We only need one driver. Is that too small?
No. One seat is a normal request. Tell us the lane, the pay and the criteria and we will work it the same way.
